Established in 2015, RG Legal is a full-service law firm driven by a commitment to excellence, integrity and client focused legal solutions. MR. RAHUL GARG (ADVOCATE) is a law graduate (LL.B.), who established multi-speciality law firm RG Legal in the year 2015 with a vision to provide comprehensive and result-oriented legal solutions. Our dynamic founder leads our team of advocates to represent clients with precision, strategy, and unwavering commitment. Having earned LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from the prominent and eminent Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), he brings in-depth knowledge and specialized expertise in this domain, in addition to his proficiency across other branches of law. Practicing since 2014, he has gained extensive experience in litigation and advisory across various branches of law. He regularly appears before the High Courts, District Courts and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums across India. Known for his strategic thinking, meticulous preparation, and client-first philosophy, he has earned the trust of individuals, startups, and corporates alike. 2015
Founded RG LEGAL under the leadership of Mr. Rahul Garg and secured our
first client, M/s Super Atta Chakki, marking the beginning of our professional journey
2016
Expanded litigation practice beyond District Courts, started representing clients
before High Courts, judicial and quasi-judicial forums, as well as specialized tribunals
and regulatory bodies.
2019
Successfully secured the quashing of an FIR in a trademark infringement case
before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, protecting our client’s reputation and interests.
2022
Secured a favourable judgment from the Hon’ble Delhi SCDRC in Safex
Chemicals India Ltd. v. United Indian Insurance Co. Ltd., bringing closure to a six-year
long litigation battle and reaffirming our commitment to persistent, results-driven
advocacy.
2023
Successfully represented Acme Excellent Management Pvt. Ltd. before the
Hon’ble NCLT Delhi, securing the dismissal of a frivolous company petition and
safeguarding the client’s business.
